CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Samuel Wiggins has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, project management and security consultancy. His experience in risk management and the oversight of projects, people and resources span both private and government sectors.   

Mr. Wiggins also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Soteryx Corp. where he oversees daily business operations and the work of the executive team and is responsible for the hiring, training, and evaluation of employees. He has led multiple special projects at the request of the CEO and is responsible for business development, contract administration and client negotiations. 

Before joining Soteryx in 2017, Mr. Wiggins was the Acting Associate Administrator for the Office of Homeland Security at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. In that capacity he Served as the principal EPA representative to the White House National Security Staff and coordinated the Administrator’s and Deputy Administrator’s involvement in interagency national and homeland security matters. He was directly responsible for overseeing the development of homeland security’s priorities, policies, and guidance and coordinating activities across all EPA programs. Mr. Wiggins was also a Special Agent in Charge responsible for high risk personnel protection, organization security and criminal investigations.
